2026 Shanghai Humanoid Robot Conference (Technology Innovation Session)

Theme: From Simulation to Reality: The Technological Leap of Embodied Intelligence Deployment

Date: December 10, 2026

Venue: Main Venue, Shanghai New International Expo Center

A key parallel forum held alongside the 2026 Shanghai International Humanoid Robot and Full-Chain Robotics Industry Exhibition

Conference Background

In 2026, the humanoid robot industry is entering a phase of scaled mass production and accelerated commercialization. Domestic industry shipment volumes rank among the top globally, but the industry still faces numerous technical challenges in scaling from tens of thousands to millions of units. The industry focus has shifted from product demonstrations to real-world deployment, with significant bottlenecks remaining in high-quality data acquisition, multimodal physical cognition, simulation transfer, unified evaluation standards, and safety compliance. Guided by Shanghai's embodied intelligence industry development plan, this session focuses on technological breakthroughs and engineering deployment practices, bringing together top industry experts to explore next-generation embodied intelligence technology pathways and drive humanoid robots from being able to run and jumptoward the practical goal of being able to think and act.

Organizers

Conference Highlights

Hardcore Technical Speaker Lineup, Targeting Industry Pain Points

Top technical experts are invited to deliver practical insights across core directions including world models, VLA large models, Sim-to-Real simulation transfer, embodied data engines, and safety evaluation, focusing on real industry bottlenecks and rejecting generic themed presentations.

Live Real DEMOs, Beyond the PPT Forum

On-site live robot technical demonstration sessions will be arranged to complete tasks such as grasping, autonomous navigation, real-time interaction, and dynamic obstacle avoidance in real time; audiences will be organized for hands-on exhibition area experiences, moving from listening to technology to witnessing and experiencing it firsthand.

Two-Way Matchmaking of Technology Supply, Demand, and Capital

A dedicated technology supply-demand matchmaking zone will be set up for application enterprises in automotive manufacturing, 3C electronics, logistics, and warehousing, offering one-on-one closed-door matching negotiations to promote commercial cooperation between technology providers and scenario owners; leading hard-tech investment institutions such as Hillhouse, Sequoia, and Qiming are specifically invited to attend, building financing channels for technology teams.
